NEW BOOKING FEE INFORMATION
From 1st November 2013 a Booking Fee will apply to all transactions, whether made in person at our Box Office, by post or by phone, for all payment types. For all transactions of £15 or more the fee will be a total of £2.50, regardless of how many tickets are booked. For all transactions under £15 the fee will be £1. (All online bookings will be charged at £2.50, regardless of total spend)
This fee is vital to securing the future of the Theatre Royal Bath. The whole Booking Fee is retained by the theatre, (unlike the actual ticket price, the majority of which goes to the visiting company), allowing us to continue to deliver the wide range of arts for all. In order for the theatre to raise the same amount through ticket income, prices would have to rise by approximately £2 per ticket.
BUILDING LEVY: Please note that the Main House ticket price shown includes a £2 Building Levy.
Credit Cards: We take Mastercard/Visa/American Express/Maestro/Delta. Payment not accepted for transactions of less than £5.
Postage Charge: There is a £1 postage charge for all bookings sent in the UK (£1.50 for group bookings). Please note that tickets are posted out Monday - Friday only, and may take 4 working days to arrive.

Tickets can be reserved for up to 4 working days without payment when booking in advance. Please note that no reservations are taken on the week of the production.
Outstanding unpaid reservations will be cancelled at 8pm on the Saturday prior to the performance. This includes school and group bookings.
Pre-paid tickets are collected from the Box Office. You will be asked for your surname and the first line of your address. In some instances it may also be necessary to see the payment card. When booking tickets online you will be sent a confirmation email, please present this at the Box Office when collecting your tickets.
Please note tickets that are re-sold for commercial gain will not be valid.
The theatre will adjust the total figure if your calculations are incorrect. A postage charge of £1 will be added to all bookings sent without an SAE. Please include your full name and address when posting your booking. Cheques should be made payable to Theatre Royal Bath, Ltd. It would be appreciated if cheques could be left open, but with a maximum limit, in case your first choice is unavailable.
