A Visit to Abbey House Gardens
2 May 2017
With 1300 years of history, the first King of England buried somewhere in the grounds and two saints thrown down the well, Abbey House Gardens is one of the great gardens of the world. Situated where the Cotswolds meets the West Country, beside the 12th century Abbey Church in the centre of Medieval Malmesbury, and straddling the River Avon, this truly spectacular five-acre garden has featured in many television programmes.
The visit includes a private tour of the gardens (lasting approximately 1 hour), followed by tea or coffee in the café.
Tickets £15 from the Box Office on 01225 448844
Please make your own way there (Malmesbury, SN16 9AS) for the start of the tour at 11am.
