Young Board Associate Positions

We are committed to championing the voice of young people through our extensive engagement programme. To build on this mission, we are excited to announce the creation of two Young Board Associate positions.
These roles are designed to empower young individuals to contribute at the board level, where key decision-making takes place.
What You’ll Gain:
• Valuable experience in governance and decision-making.
• Insight into one of the country’s most successful theatres.
• The opportunity to represent the views of your peers through our upcoming Youth Councils.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend TRB Board meetings six times a year.
• Meet with the Youth Council three times a year to facilitate communication between the councils and the Board.
We are dedicated to ensuring that all candidates receive support throughout the application process.
