Please note all patrons, including infants, must have a valid individual ticket. Lap seats are available for infants aged 0 - 2 years for appropriate age related performances in the Main House and The Egg Theatre.
Please check your tickets at the time of booking as mistakes cannot be rectified at later date.
Conditions of Sale
At all times, the management reserves the right to:
* Refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises and require any ticket holder to leave the premises.
* Refuse entry and use of any audio or visual equipment.
* Insist that all mobile phones and pagers are turned off during the performance.
* Change or cancel any performance without prior notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage whatsoever.
* Delay entry of latecomers until a suitable break in the performance.
* Reseat patrons to alternative seats without prior notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage whatsoever.

TICKETS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED OR MONEY REFUNDED – Tickets will only be credited to to our Friends and Associates (Conditions of membership apply).
ANY TICKETS RESOLD FOR COMMERCIAL GAIN WILL NOT BE VALID.
Age guidance and content warnings are published upon receipt of information from producers and visiting companies. These are updated as a production evolves through rehearsals and previews, so please note they may change between booking a ticket and seeing the production.
Terms & Conditions for ticket booking
- * All bookings will incur a fee of £3. This applies to all booking channels and payment types.
- * We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro for online bookings.
- * The transaction will appear on your statement as Theatre Royal Bath.
- * Presentation of your confirmation email as proof of purchase * will be requested for all tickets collected.
- * Identification will be asked for to prove eligibility for concession.
- * Tickets will be posted on request, with a charge of £1.75, up to 5 days before the show, or emailed free of charge.
At the time of your booking, all production information on the website is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any subsequent amendments.
If the price quoted for a ticket is incorrect, regardless of whether it is an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its schedule on-sale date, then we reserve the right, at our sole discretion to cancel your order and refund to you the amount that you paid, excluding third party agency sales.
Terms & Conditions for newsletter & social media offers.
1. Offers are subject to availability.
2. The offer is not transferable to tickets which may have been previously booked for the same production. Discounts can not be applied retrospectively.
3. Offers and competition prizes do not include Luxury Royal Circle seats.
4. Occasionally, offers may not be available online.
5. Booking fees will still apply to special offers & promotions.
6. No other discounts apply (i.e. no seniors or students discounts can be added to the offer price)
7. Offers can be withdrawn at any time.
The following terms & conditions apply for official competitions run on the Theatre Royal Bath’s official social media channels.
1. Competitions are open to all followers of the Theatre Royal Bath, excluding employees of Theatre Royal Bath or Theatre Royal Bath Productions.
2. The adjudicator’s decision is final.
3. The prizes are clearly defined in the competition description – no cash alternative will be offered.
4. No correspondence will be entered into, beyond the initial notification of winning.
5. Winners will be contacted directly by private message. Do not contact the Box Office to enquire, or follow links to external websites.
