Our Creative Traineeship offers up to 40 days of paid work, combining tailored learning with practical experience across The Egg's creative programme.
Creative Trainees will work alongside experienced artists and theatre professionals, gaining insight into producing, participation, rehearsal processes, creative learning and production while building confidence and industry knowledge.
Depending on the role offered it is anticipated that Creative Trainees will either be engaged on a freelance basis and responsible for their own tax and National Insurance payments, or will be engaged on a PAYE Casual Worker Agreement.
